Getting help

A person reads it. Give us your catalogue number and it is faster.

01

Getting help

Three ways in, all of them landing in the same queue: the chat bubble in the corner, the form at the bottom of this page, or email hello@stashed.one. Take whichever suits — a person reads all three. We aim to come back within one business day, and faster when a shop is down.

The chat is quickest for a short question. The form is better for anything with a screenshot or an order number attached, because it reaches us with the record already open.

If something is broken and money is involved — a checkout failing, a payout missing — say so first and it gets looked at first.

02

Before you write in

Your catalogue number is the fastest thing you can give us. It is in the top-left of your dashboard, under your shop name, and it looks like AKL-0001. Order numbers look like ORD-004182 and are on every confirmation email and packing slip.

With one of those we can find the exact record in seconds instead of asking you three follow-up questions.

03

Reporting a security issue

Email security@stashed.one rather than the general address, and please do not open a public issue first. The security page sets out what we commit to and what is in scope.

04

Feature requests

Also welcome, also read, and genuinely acted on more often than you would expect from a platform. We would rather hear that something is missing than watch you work around it quietly.

Write to us here

This goes to the same place as the email address above and comes back to your inbox. If you would rather just email, do that instead — nothing is lost either way.

Optional, and the single fastest thing you can give us.

Stashed is built by Akashi Labs on the same infrastructure as Exclusivo, which does the digital-collectibles side of things. You never need it to run a shop — but if you ever want to sell something that lives on a blockchain, it is already there and already connected.
